Unprofessional!! I call and place an order the employee didn't even write my order down. I check my call history to make sure I dial the right number. Guess what I did! Blank trip and when I ask to speak to the manager I recognize her voice as the one who took the order. Never again ppl already risking their life leaving the house.Just close if you don't want to work.

The young blond haired nighttime manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful to both her staff and customers. She put something on my burrito that I didn’t ask for and then when I mentioned it to her she flicked it of and said deal with it. This was just one incident that occurred during our visit. My husband and I were loyal long time customers. However after seeing how upper management lets this kind of behavior go on, our family and friends will not be back.

This place is amazing!!! Fresh ingredients, awesome taste and a great price. We go here at least once or twice a week. The only thing negative I would say is that the staff is never very friendly. They always act mad or aggravated when you ask them to do something, and that's just not good customer service... However, they will still get my 5 stars for how good the food is.

This is second location we've eaten at a Barberitos. Food is good, however no communication between staff and guy folded my Quesidida before girl good get my toppings added in so instead of offering to remake, she put all toppings on the side. Cheese was already melted so could not open to add the toppings. Also, plaza parking lot full of trash dumped everywhere. Needs some southern hospitality and TLC.

Really enjoy my weekly (sometimes twice) lunch at Barb's! They have the freshest items, clean restaurant and very friendly staff.

Food and service was the best! I'm not big on this type of food, but can't resist going here with friends when visiting. Just bring your Tums, Pepto and a geiger meter because you will need it once you blow the bathroom a mile high, turning it into a nuclear fall out nightmare. Again, great food, great people, always a good time here. Jonesing for this food already!

Busy but good food.

Love to eat here. Fresh food. Family friendly. If you like Mexican food, it is a must to try. They are usually very busy right around meal times, so go a little before or after to get right in to order. Yummy yum!

Good food but a bit pricey.

This place has my favorite burrito in town. Love the chips and queso. Doesn't get much better.

Usually a long line. The food is good, but the glass is dirty where food is prepared. Clean up and it will be a five star. I look over similar things, but some may not.

I love Barbaritos. But, due to Covid, they don't offer salt and pepper. I would have enjoyed my salad a lot more with a packet of salt. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Used to be our favorite place. Ate there at least 2 times a week but within the last 6 months the food has gotten tasteless. the beans are hard, I have to keep asking for toppings cuz they put hardly anything on them. and is this place run by children now ?Not an adult in sight and they care more about talking to each other rather then the customers. And I've heard them talking about how much better the food is at a competitors restaurant right in front of customers ordering food. The owner needs to step in and get it back to how it Was before when it was always packed.Now it's always empty.....

Ordered a some beef tacos .. They made it the way I asked and the staff is out standing on a hot Friday night

I tried one in Tallahassee this one was not as good. Employees were not very helpful at all. Coke was out and didn't seem interested in fixing. Received chips and no salsa on bag. Didn't seem happy to help you. I was not impressed!

The best place around! By far the best Barberitos in south GA

Nothing better than eating at a place where you see what goes on your order. Love their stake taco salad and the green sauce! Yum!

Normally we love eating here, other than small hiccups it's always pretty good. Tonight however, we ordered online to pickup and ordered a large queso dip along with our entrees. Got all the way home to eat and calling this queso would be the farthest thing from the truth. Its basically milk and water..no cheese. We tried heating it up more thinking it may help, no such luck. Pretty disappointed. For the price you pay for a large queso, you should get a lot better than this mess. Would give less stars if it werent for the other times we have been and it was good. I know people can have off nights, but this is not okay to serve to people for the amount it costs.

The food is fresh and good! But the employees need more training on when to change out their gloves. The young lady was sweeping the floor and cleaning then she grabbed a bag and put chips inside the bag while wearing the same gloves.... That's NASTY!!!!

Soooo delish. Love this place. And love the cheese dip and mango salsa!!!! And the fact everything is cook fresh right in front of you!!!
